Phil has spent the last 40 years representing many of Denver's largest corporations, developers, private families, and investors facilitating their real estate needs in over $7 billion of transactions. From the time he turned 21 years old he has possessed the “give back philosophy“ for others and to the world. He has always been the guy who picked up trash on the sidewalk, litter on the beach, and most recently was struck by the amount of plastic strewn about a long stretch of pristine beach in Mexico during a trip in early 2018. Coincidentally, while on vacation, he contacted Norm Vaux, Executive Director of FINAL CYCLES who was in P.V. at the time - from there the rest is history.
