A Montana native, Jesse grew up in Libby and completed his first two years of college at the University of Montana before transferring and graduating from Bismarck State College with a Bachelor's degree in Stationary Engineering. However, Jesse quickly realized that his true passion was investing when he began doing day trading on his own.

In 2017, Jesse was elected to Missoula’s city council to represent Ward 4., where in his first term has worked to lower property taxes, lower debt, and create better financial efficiencies. Jesse currently sits on the Administration and Finance, Budget, Parks and Conservation, Public Safety and Health, and Public Works committees. Jesse brings his leadership and his strategic relationships to the Final Cycles project in Missoula.
