Professor Carlos Roberto lives on Marajó Island in the state of Pará in Brazil and works as the CEO of Cooperativa Sementes do Marajó - a successful cooperative of farmers and extractivists located in his hometown of Curralinho. Carlos brings his expertise of the Amazon to the Final Cycles project with the hopes of one day fulfilling his dream of eliminating all plastic waste in one of the most environmentally sensitive regions of the world - the Amazon River basin.
